ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
The following operations must be doneinordertoavoiddamagetothe
mechanicalcomponentssubjected toaheavierworkload,andsoasto
keep your washerperformance efficient.
1) Important! Whenthe machine isnew,thepump/motor assembly must
beruninfora short period. Thisrunning inperiod entails notusing the
machine formorethananhourand then waitingforanhourforitto
cool. Repeatthisprocedure 4or5times.
2)Atthebeginning,oilmustbechangedafter100 hours’work;
subsequently, every500hours.We suggest using SAE 15/40 grade oil.
3)Ifthe machine isnottobe used foralong
periodorif it might be left ata temperature
below 0C,run thepump forafew minutes
withan antifreeze liquid throughthe water
suction pipe.
4)Donot suckcorrosive liquids(paint,acid, solvent, oilorvery dense
liquids)as these can permanently damagethepump.Afteryou use
detergents or othersimilar liquids, alwayssuckclean waterto rinse the
machine out thoroughly and preventtheformation ofscale.
5)At leastonce a month,check and clean the
waterfilterof thepressure cleaner.
6) Park the machine ona level floor.When notin use,keep thepr essure
cleaner ina placeprotected from atmospheric agents.
