      A blurry, out-of-focus, or distorted picture on your McNeilus Monitor can be due to several reasons: * **Dirty Camera Lens:** Clean any dirt, dust, or moisture from the outside of the lens cover. * **Incorrect Monitor Controls:** Adjust the monitor's brightness, tint, and other controls to see if the picture clears. * **Incorrect Video Composite Settings:** Ensure that both the OSD and DVR video composites are set correctly. For North and South America, use NTSC. For Europe, use PAL. * **Low Truck Battery Voltage:** If the truck battery voltage drops below 10V, the camera images may become distorted. Fully charge the battery and unplug, then plug back in the Power Accessory Harness to the bottom of the monitor to reset it.

      If your McNeilus Monitor screen is dark or blue, even if cameras are not plugged in, follow these steps: 1. Check that the cameras are properly plugged in and detected by the monitor software. 2. Select the menu button until AUTO/NTSC appears in the upper left corner of the monitor. This AUTO function detects and recognizes the cameras being plugged in. 3. Check the cable by removing the camera from the cable and plugging the camera directly into the monitor. If the camera works, replace the cable. 4. Make sure the cable is plugged in correctly.

      If you're unable to achieve the correct camera viewing angle on your McNeilus Monitor: 1. Adjust the viewing angle of the camera more downward. 2. Reposition the camera bracket on the body of the truck to get a better angle. You may need to remove the camera bracket and camera from the truck, then remove the camera from the camera bracket. Rotate the bracket to give the camera a different position in the bracket. Replace the camera in the bracket and then replace the bracket on the truck.

      If you're unable to access the DVR main menu on your McNeilus Monitor: 1. Enter the DVR through the OSD menu. 2. Select DVR Menu. The DVR main menu will display. If you still cannot access the DVR menu, you may need to remove the SD Card in order to stop the DVR recording. The DVR menu should now be accessible. After making necessary changes to the DVR options, reinsert the SD Card to start recording immediately. Refer to Troubleshooting item H, number 2 to determine if the DVR is recording.
