If pellets aren't feeding into the combustion chamber of your MCZ Boiler, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure that the pellet hopper isn't empty and fill it if needed. Check for sawdust blocking the feed screw, and if present, empty the tank and manually remove the sawdust. Also, make sure that the door is properly closed and the gaskets are in good condition. If not, close the door and replace the gaskets with original ones. Finally, verify you're using the type of pellets recommended by the manufacturer; if not, change them.
