Usage Features
Getting Started:
- First Use: Fully charge the device before its initial use.
- Attaching Massage Heads: Choose a suitable massage head according to your needs and firmly rotate it into the massage gun.
Operation:
- Turning On/Adjusting Speed: Press the Speed Setting Button for 1 second to turn the device on to level 1. The LED screen will light up, displaying the speed level (left side) and battery percentage (right side). Press the button again to cycle through speed levels: 01-02-03-04-05-00 (standby)-01-02, creating a loop.
- Battery Indication: The battery level percentage is shown as a green number on the right side of the screen.
- Automatic Shut-off: When the Mebak 5 is in "00" (standby) status, it will automatically turn off after 30 minutes of no operation.
- Application: Use on a dry, clean surface of the body over clothing. Lightly press and move the device across the body for approximately 60 seconds per region. Adjust frequencies for warming up, soreness relief, muscle activation, or tightness relief. Increase speed for larger and stronger muscle groups for a deeper massage.
- Technique: Glide the Mebak slowly along the muscle, about an inch per second or slower. If a knot or tension area is encountered, let the Mebak rest on that spot for a few moments without adding additional pressure before moving on.
- Removing Massage Heads: With the unit off, fully insert the massage head by pressing it in. Remove by pulling it out.
Charging:
- Connection: Connect the DC end of the supplied adapter to the battery's charging port and plug the AC side cable into a wall outlet.
- Charging Indication: While charging, the battery level percentage is displayed on the screen with a green number. The speed level continuously jumps on the left side. When "10" is shown on the right side, the device is fully charged.
- Battery Depletion: It is not recommended to fully deplete the battery before charging.
- Run-time: The average run-time is 6-8 hours, depending on the speed level and pressure applied.
- Usage During Charging: Do not use the product while charging, as it may damage the battery life.
Maintenance Features
- Cleaning: Use on a dry, clean surface of the body.
- Storage: Keep the device at room temperature, away from sun or fire.
- Ventilation: Keep the product vent free of dust and debris. Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the ventilation holes.
- Charging: Always charge the product with the original battery charger.
- Inspection: Carefully examine the device before each use.
Safety Instructions and Warnings:
- General Safety: Do not expose to sun or fire. Do not immerse in water or liquids. Keep away from heat.
- Massage Heads: Only use Mebak-provided massage heads as instructed.
- User Restrictions: For adult use only. Children should not use or play with the appliance. Do not use if injured; consult a doctor.
- Body Areas to Avoid: Do not use on the head, mouth, heart, near genitals, above Adam's Apple or C4 vertebrae, or directly on bones and spine. Do not impact joints.
- Duration of Use: Do not use on the same body part for over 20 minutes to avoid bruising. Do not use continuously for more than 1 hour; allow a 30-minute rest period before re-using.
- Disassembly: Do not disassemble the device in any way. The battery is not detachable.
- Pinching Hazard: Do not place fingers, hair, or other body parts near the trigger of the massage gun while massaging to prevent pinching.
- Ventilation: Do not place any objects into the ventilation holes.
- Supervision: Never leave the Mebak operating or charging unattended.
- Handling: Do not drop or misuse the Mebak. Do not tamper with or alter the device.
- Operation: Do not touch or press the massage gun while operating.
- Medical Contraindications: Consult a doctor before using if you have pregnancy, diabetes with complications (neuropathy, retinal damage), pacemakers, recent surgery, epilepsy, migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUDs, metal pins or plates, or any other physical health concerns. Frail individuals and children should be accompanied by an adult.
