CHAPTER 1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Guarantee
The duration of the guarantee is for two years and runs from the date on the invoice or tax
receipt was issued at the time of purchase. Within this period, components that have been
unequivocally ascertained to be faulty due to manufacturing defects will be substituted or repaired
freely by the manufacturer from their premises, except for electrical components and those
subject to wear and tear.The guarantee excludes postage and labour costs.
The guarantee is forfeited in the case of the damage being caused by: transportation, wrong or
insufficient maintenance, unskilled operators, tampering, repairs carried out by unauthorised
personnel, or failure to comply with the instructions of the manual. Compensation from the
manufacturer will not be given for direct or indirect damages arising during any time the machine
is inoperative due to its breakdown, it being awaiting repairs, or in any way referable to the non-
physical presence of the machine.
1.2 Characteristics of the machine
The planetary mixers have been designed and manufactured exclusively for the production of
foodstuff, for the production of creams, alimentary pastes, sauces, doughs and for all similar uses
in patisseries and bread making laboratories.
Every planetary mixer if made up of:
· A steel frame, with epoxy powders based stove enamelling protection, containing
the transmission and operation components
· A bowl made of inox steel suited for containing the alimentary products that need mixing
· A set of interchangeable tools to be used according to the type of work
that needs to be carried out
· The transmission of motion is carried out by rubber belts which guarantee a high level
of reliability and silence
· The frame rests on four adjustable feet for perfect levelling of the machine
· A covering guard in thermoformed ABS
· The change of speed is carried out via an electronic changer with manual operation,
via an electronic changer with digital operation, or with a 3 speed electrical
changer with a polarity switch.
