  If the light indicator on your Medela Toddler feeding device is flashing red, try the following: * Ensure the insert is installed properly by opening the lid and reinstalling it. * Close the lid and press start. * Check the plug in the back of the device and try another outlet. * Ensure the lid is closed, the insert is fully seated, and, if using a syringe, that it is replaced before pressing start. * Make sure the insert is fully seated and the syringe is centered. Move the unit away from intense infrared light sources. * Ensure the fan is not blocked. * Turn off and unplug the warmer, allowing it to cool for up to 30 minutes. If Error Code 13 persists, contact Medela customer service.

  If your Medela Toddler feeding unit won't power up, hold the power button for at least 4 seconds. Alternatively, unplug the device, wait ten seconds, plug it back in, and press the power button. If the issue persists, contact Medela customer service.

  If the milk from your Medela Toddler feeding warmer is too warm, allow it to cool before feeding. Also, ensure that you are using the proper settings. Note that high temperatures may damage some active immunological properties of breast milk.

  If the IV pole clamp slips out of the Medela Toddler feeding device after installation, ensure that the IV pole adapter pin is engaged prior to installation and snaps into place when the adapter is slid into the pole mount slot.
