ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT (FIGS. 8+9)
Level 1: Lower the seat as far as the seat post allows. Unscrew and remove the triangular knob. Pull the
seat up to adjust the height (Fig. 8). Screw the knob back in to fix the desired height (Fig. 9).
ADJUSTING THE PEDAL RESISTANCE (FIG. 10)
Turn the rotary knob on the main frame to set the pedal resistance from 1 to 8 (Fig. 10)
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE BANDS (FIGS. 11+12)
Shorter bands - increased resistance (Fig. 11)
Slide the band into the band locking compartment. Hold the band under the handle and pull it out. Only
one side can be set. If the band cannot be pulled from one side of the handle, pull it from the other side.
Extend bands - reduce resistance (Fig. 12)
Slide the band down one side of the handle into the band locking compartment. Only one side can be set. If
the band cannot be pushed from one side of the handle, push it from the other side. Pull the band out of the
other side of the band locking compartment.
When the desired length and resistance are set, grasp the band on both sides of the locking compartment,
and tighten it until it snaps into place. If the band slips during training, you may need to tighten it.
