(1) Wrap the cuff in a circle and place the
end of the cuff through the metal loop.
(2) Place your arm through the cuff
bringing it just past your elbow joint.
(3) Make sure the cuff is 2~3cm
above the elbow joint.
(6) Place your arm on a table or similar object to
keep the cuff at the same level as your heart.
(7) Always measure with the same
arm to get the best results.
(4) Secure the cuff in place
with the velcro strip.
(5) Adjust the cuff leaving
enough space for two fingers.
