10 Troubleshooting
Error Cause Action
The product does not start.
The battery pack is not connected
correctly.
Do a check so that the battery pack is connected
correctly.
The battery has been discharged. Do a check and make sure the battery is charged.
The discharge chute is clogged Do a check and remove the grass that got stuck.
Incorrect cutting height, the grass is too
high and the cutting height is adjusted to
low.
Adjust the cutting height to applicable height.
