Ensure jack is in good condition, used by authorized persons, and not modified. Proper use prevents injury or damage.
Use on solid, level, well-lit surfaces. Ensure air supply hose is in good condition and free of damage.
Position jack correctly, ensure vehicle stability, never work under a raised vehicle without stands.
Use an air filter-lubricator unit, drain daily. Ensure adequate air pressure and flow for optimal performance.
Bleed air, position lever, pump jack. Lower slowly using release valve, controlling speed.
Do not extend fully, avoid moving with lever in release valve, do not pull on air tube.
Keep jack clean, lubricate parts, use only original spare parts. Check for damage before each use.
Use approved hydraulic fluid (HL/HM, ISO 30 cSt). Check and refill oil as needed, avoid overfilling.
Addresses erratic action, ram not advancing, slow operation, leaks, and retraction problems.
