is flashing or does not come on, the batteries are not sufficiently charged, and must be replaced.

in this case, the remote control combines the two devices on
a single keypad, so the keys will act only on the TV, while the
others will act only on the DECODER.

ATENCIÓN
en este caso el mando a distancia combina en
un único teclado los 2 dispositivos. Por tanto, las teclas actuarán solo
en la TV, mientras que las demás teclas solo en el DESCODIFICADOR.
