Why is no espresso coffee coming out of my Mellerware Coffee Maker?
    • M
      Margaret AlvarezJul 30, 2025
There are several reasons why espresso coffee might not be coming out of your Mellerware Coffee Maker: * The water tank may be empty; if so, fill it. * The filter holder spouts could be blocked; try cleaning the filter holder, filter basket, and coffee pressure valve. * The espresso boiler outlet might be blocked; clean it as indicated in the appropriate section. * The tank might be badly inserted, preventing the valve at the bottom from opening; press the tank lightly to open the valve. * Air may have entered the heater; open the steam release knob to release the gas, placing an empty cup under the steam outlet of the nozzle.

If espresso coffee is dripping from the edges of the filter holder instead of the holes on your Mellerware Coffee Maker, it could be due to a few reasons: * The filter holder might be badly inserted; attach the filter holder correctly and turn it all the way. * The holes in the filter holder spouts could be blocked; clean the holes in the spouts. * The plastic ring for the filter holder may not be fitted in or has come off; fit the plastic ring properly.
