A faulty switch, motor, or controller could also be the culprit, and should be checked by a qualified electrician.

  If the Meltem Fan ventilation unit does not switch to ventilation program "P3" or "P7" at the set times, it is possible that the time is wrong due to a power failure or because the ventilation unit was switched off at the mains switch. To resolve this, set the day and time in program "P8".

  If the air flaps on your Meltem Fan do not open after switching it on, it could be that the servomotor is not powered by the electronic circuit after a long stoppage or the first start. Try switching the ventilation unit off and on again. Alternatively, the air flap range of motion may be blocked by foreign bodies such as plaster or polystyrene. Carefully remove any obstructions, removing the cover if necessary.
