  A low flame on your Member's Mark Patio Heater can be due to several reasons: 1. **Low gas pressure:** Turn the tank valve off and replace the tank. 2. **Control knob position:** Position the control knob at “High”. 3. **Partially blocked burner jet:** Clear any blockage in the burner jet. 4. **Cold weather and low tank:** If the outdoor temperature is below 40°F and the tank is less than 1/4 full, use a full tank. 5. **Kinked hose:** Straighten the supply hose if it is bent or kinked.
