What to do if my Members Mark GR2150901-MM-00 Grill burner does not get hot enough?
    • J
      Jonathan ReeseAug 1, 2025
If your Members Mark Grill burner isn't getting hot enough, it could be due to the flow control device being activated in the regulator. To reset it, turn off all burners and close the LP gas cylinder valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LP gas cylinder and wait one minute. Reconnect the regulator to the LP gas cylinder and slowly open the LP gas cylinder valve until it is fully open. Light all burners and observe the temperature. Also, the burners may be blocked by spiders and insects.

Why won't my Members Mark GR2150901-MM-00 Grill main burner light?
    • L
      Linda CollinsAug 5, 2025
There are several reasons why the main burner on your Members Mark Grill might not light. First, check the LP cylinder fuel level. Second, check to see if the grill will match light. The electrode or collector may need adjustment. Third, the burner tube may be improperly seated into the burner valve, so reinstall the burners. Fourth, the burner may be obstructed. Also, the cylinder valve may be closed or the regulator is not properly seated on cylinder valve.

Why does the flame blow out on “LOW” on my Members Mark GR2150901-MM-00?
    • K
      Kathryn HollandAug 9, 2025
If the flame blows out on the 'LOW' setting on your Members Mark Grill, it could be because the burner may be obstructed, or the burner tube may be improperly seated into the burner valve, so reinstall the burners. The grill might not be sufficiently preheated.

Why won't the side burner and back burner light on my Members Mark GR2150901-MM-00?
    • M
      Michael MilesAug 13, 2025
If the side burner and back burner on your Members Mark Grill won't light, check to see if debris is blocking the electrode. Also, the ignition electrode may be too close or too far away from the burner (less than 1/8” or more than 3/16”), so adjust the electrode position accordingly.

Why is there a yellow flame at the burner of my Members Mark Grill?
    • R
      Robert BirdAug 17, 2025
A yellow flame at the burner of your Members Mark Grill could indicate that the burner may be obstructed. The grill might be in a windy location.

What to do if I see a fire at the control knob of my Members Mark Grill?
    • C
      Cindy WilliamsAug 21, 2025
If you notice a fire at the control knob of your Members Mark Grill, it could be that the valve orifice is improperly seated into the burner tube, so reinstall the burners. Alternatively, gas connections may be loose, so perform a leak check and tighten all connections. It is also possible that burner holes may be obstructed.

Why does my Members Mark GR2150901-MM-00 take a long time to preheat?
    • T
      Tracy Perez IIAug 26, 2025
Normal preheat to 500-600 °F, takes about 10-15 minutes. Cold weather and wind may effect your preheat time.
