  If your Menuett Ice Maker is running but not producing ice, the room temperature or the water temperature might be too high. The room temperature should be between 10–43°C, and the water temperature should be between 8–32°C. Alternatively, there may be refrigerant leakage or a blocked pipe in the cooling system, in which case you should contact an authorised service centre.
