Usage Features
The MERACH MR-R07 Squat Rider Machine offers several features to enhance the user experience:
Monitor Functions:
- TIME: Displays the workout duration.
- COUNT (CNT): Accumulates the number of strokes performed during the current exercise session.
- CALORIES (CAL): Displays the total calories burned during the workout.
- TOTAL CNT (TOT.CNT): Shows the total number of strokes since the batteries were installed.
- SCAN: Automatically cycles through TIME, CALORIES, and TOTAL CNT displays.
- MODE/SELECT: Allows users to select a specific function. Holding the key for 4 seconds resets all values.
- AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor automatically turns on when exercise starts or the MODE button is pressed. It shuts off automatically after 4 minutes of inactivity.
Adjustments:
- Handle Bar Adjustment: The handle bar post can be raised or lowered to a desired height by loosening and tightening Knob (#10).
- Seat Adjustment: The seat can be moved forward or backward by loosening and removing the knob under the seat post, repositioning the seat, and then re-inserting and tightening the knob.
- Seat Tube Adjustment: The seat tube's height can be adjusted by lifting the seat post, removing Knob (#29), and then raising or lowering the seat tube. This adjustment changes the exercise difficulty. It is important not to extend the seat tube beyond the "Max" line.
- Exercise Band Adjustment: The difficulty of the exercise can be adjusted by changing the connection of the elastic ropes (#42). To increase difficulty, unhook the exercise bands from the seat post and connect them to the hooks on the main frame.
Folding Instructions:
The machine can be folded for storage by following these steps:
- Adjust the handle bar post to its lowest level.
- Adjust the seat tube to its lowest level.
- Hold the handle bar and fold the product.
Warm-up Routine:
The manual recommends a 5-10 minute warm-up before exercising, including stretches for various muscle groups (stretch down, seated hamstring stretch, calf and Achilles tendon stretch, quadriceps stretch, and sartorius stretch), holding each stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeating 3 times per leg. A similar routine is recommended after the workout.
Maintenance Features

- Storage: Do not store the machine in direct sunlight, wind, rain, or high humidity. Pack the machine to keep children away from touching or playing with it.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check for rust or cracks after long-term storage.
- Consumable Parts: Understand that consumable parts, wear, and tear may occur even with proper maintenance.
- Cleaning: For long-term use, wipe the dust regularly. Do not use water directly, or wipe it with gasoline, abrasive powder, etc. If the machine gets dirty, especially on parts of the body, electric shock or fire may occur. Use a neutral detergent for maintenance.
- Safety Checks: Regularly check the overall performance of the machine and all moving parts to ensure safety. If moving parts are damaged, do not use the machine until they are repaired.
- Screws and Nuts: Check all screws and nuts regularly and tighten them before using the machine.
- Damaged Parts: If any defective parts or abnormal sound are found, stop using the machine immediately and resolve the issue before further use.
Monitor Battery Replacement:
- If the monitor display has problems, replace the AA battery.
- To replace, remove the back cover, install a new AA battery, and then replace the back cover. Dispose of old batteries according to regional guidelines.
