Step 1: Stand Up Column

Rotate the treadmill column to stand upright as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Attach Components

Insert the iPad holder and safety lock, then plug in the power cord.

Step 3: Secure Column

Turn the column knob counterclockwise to fold and clockwise to tighten.

Bend forward to touch toes, holding for 10-15 seconds, repeat 3 times.

Seated Hamstring Stretch

Sit with one leg straight, touch toe of other foot, hold 10-15 seconds.

Calf and Achilles Tendon Stretch

Stand with hands on wall, one foot back, heel on ground, lean forward.

Quadriceps Stretch

Grab foot, pull towards hips to stretch front thigh muscle.

Sartorius Stretch

Sit with feet facing, pull towards groin, hold 10-15 seconds.
