Setting climate control to automatic
In automatic mode, the set temperature is con-
trolled and maintained at a constant level by the
air supply.

Press button Ã.

To switch to manual mode: press the Ã
button.
In automatic mode, you can choose between ve
dierent air quantities using the H button.
Automatic mode is retained.
Setting air distribution via the air conditioning
menu

O.

When the air conditioning system is switched
on, at least one zone is always active. How-
ever, several air distribution options can be
selected at the same time, for example to set
the climate control for the vehicle interior and
the footwells simultaneously. The ¯ cli-
mate control for the windshield can only be
selected for the rst seat row. When auto-
matic mode is active, the buttons for setting
the air distribution are deactivated automati-
cally. If the air conditioning system is deacti-
vated, the buttons remain operable and the
last setting is saved.
Activating/deactivating the climate control syn-
chronization function via the air conditioning con-
trol panel
Climate control can be set centrally using the syn-
chronization function. The temperature and air
distribution settings for the driver's side will be
adopted automatically for the front passenger
side.

Press the 0 button.
The synchronization function will be deactivated if
the settings for one of the other climate control
zones are changed.

First Row of Seats
The synchronization function controls the climate
control centrally. The driver's settings for temper-
ature, airow and air distribution are automatically
adopted for each climate zone.

Select SYNC (SYNC).

If the windows remain fogged up: press
the ¬ button.
Windows fogged up on the outside

Switch on the windshield wipers.
