Sporty sound from the exhaust system
The I drive program oers driving characteris-
tics suited for the racetrack and must not be used
on normal roads. The I drive program may be
activated and used only on dedicated race cir-
cuits, not on public roads.
Mercedes-AMG recommends selecting drive pro-
gram A when in city trac or stop-and-go traf-
c.
Depending on the drive program selected, the fol-
lowing vehicle characteristics will change:

AMG DYNAMICS

The four agility functions, Basic, Advanced,
Pro and Master, will be selected automati-
cally depending on the drive program.

The steering, shi timing point, all-wheel
drive and stabilization functions will be
adapted to the selected drive program.

When ESP
®
is active in the I drive pro-
gram, the Pro agility function is selected.
When ESP
®
is activated Æ or deactiva-
ted ¤ in SPORT, the Master function is
selected automatically.

You can call up vehicle characteristics via the
DYNAMIC SELECT menu in the multimedia
system (/ page 160).

You can adjust the agility functions of AMG
DYNAMICS using the AMG steering-wheel
buttons (/ page 155).
You can also change the following vehicle charac-
teristics using the buttons on the center console:

Selecting the drive program

You can also select the drive program via the
right steering wheel button (/ page 155).

Press DYNAMIC SELECT switch 1 forwards
or backwards.
The selected drive program will appear on dis-
play 2 and on the driver's display.
