NOTE: Manual starting models - For initial start of a new engine or first start after a prolonged storage, primer lines
may have air in them. In this case, push in the primer bulb several times until fluid can be felt and then the normal
4 to 6 rapid primes.
10. Manual starting models - If engine is cold, push in the primer bulb rapidly 4 to 6 times.
