Make sure the seed tender's 12 VDC battery is fully charged and the output is 12 Volts. Check the BLACK wire is connected to Ground and WHITE wire to +12 VDC. Finally, a certified scale technician should replace the 3.15 Amp fuse on the PC board with an Avery Weigh-Tronix style fuse or equivalent (AWT P/N 48561-0190), since it is soldered directly to the main board.
