What to do if MESA ENGINEERING Triple Crown TC-100 power tube glows red?

If you notice a power tube glowing red hot when you switch your MESA ENGINEERING Amplifier to STANDBY, it indicates a shorted power tube. If a major arcing short occurs between the plate and the cathode, IMMEDIATELY turn the amp to STANDBY and replace the tube and the fuse with the proper slo-blo type.
