Obtaining the lighting mood:
Thanks to modern flash controllers such as, for
example, E-TTL, i-TTL, P-TTL, and ADI, the light
output of Metz system flash units can be control-
led by the camera. If the existing lighting mood
is to be retained, it is therefore important to use
a shutter time that is longer than the flash synch
time. For portraits, however, an exposure time
of 1/60 second should not be exceeded.
