  If the Metz Industrial Electrical lamp doesn't fire and the RELEASE relay opens, it could be due to several reasons. First, the lamp might be too hot, so allow it to cool down, and consider improving its cooling. Second, the lamp might not be properly connected; check the plug contacts between the ELC and the lamp. Finally, the lamp itself could be defective, requiring a replacement.

  If there's no RELEASE after switching on the Metz Industrial Electrical ELC and the RELEASE relay is open, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the ELC is receiving the correct operating voltage by checking the fuses and voltage at the terminals. Second, if the lamp is switched ON (control input START at HIGH), switch it OFF. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a fault in the ELC.
