cold water as this will reduce their break resistance.

We thank you for choosing Meyer Centennial cookware and
wish you a seamless cooking experience. The following details
have been imparted to help you understand how to retain the
quality of your newly purchased cookware, Its usage and care,
general safety, and warranty. Prior to the first use, remove all
lables of the cookware, wash it with detergent, rinse and dry
thoroughly.
The construction of our cookware enables even heat distribu-
tion; hence, food can be cooked on a low to medium heat.
However, the fittings may heat up depending on the duration of
your cooking. Thus, as a safety measure, always use an oven
glove while cooking or when you use it in the oven. Please note
that our cookware is suitable for all conventional cookware
types, including induction.
Use pan on a burner of the corresponding diameter for
optimum utility. If you are using gas, adjust flame according to
the sides of the pan. Manoeuvre a small cookware carefully as
they might topple when they have little quantity or are empty.
Kindly Note: Do not leave an empty pan or hot oil on a hot
burner unattended as this might impair the cookware’s perfor-
mance and may also cause discolouration.
Stove Top Cooking
Keep your glass hobs clean to eliminate food deposits which
may harden and cause cosmetic scratching on the surface,
Also, practise lifting the cookware, rather than sliding it to avoid
scratching.
Gas Hobs (All Heating Types)
Follow the hob manufacturers’ guidelines when matching
cookware to the ring size. Do not leave a pan unattended
when preheating since induction prompts quick heat up.

Meyer Centennial cookware is designed for various cooking methods, including stovetop and oven cooking. Usage Features

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  • Cleaning Agents: Use only a soft sponge with mild dish soap/liquid.
  • Avoid: Do not use steel wool, coarse scouring pads, or abrasive powders, as these can scratch the surface.
  • Gas Hobs: Keep glass hobs clean to prevent food deposits from hardening and causing cosmetic scratching.
  • Handling Cookware on Hobs: Practise lifting the cookware rather than sliding it to avoid scratching the hob surface.

Staining:

  • Removal: Most stains can be removed or lessened by cleaning with lemon juice or white vinegar.
  • Specific Stains: Stainless steel cleaner can be used to remove rainbow-coloured effects and yellow/blue/brown tingeing.

Warranty:

  • Duration: A 5-year warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship under normal household use.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from abuse, commercial use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the provided instructions. Damage caused by high heat is also not covered.
