Thereare3positionstoadjusttheheightoftheseathead
restraint.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromalowpositiontoa
highone,pulltheheadrestraintdirectlyupward,andgently
presstheheadrestraintdownwardafteritreachesthe
desiredpositiontomakesurethatitislockedinposition.
T oremovetheheadrestraint,pressandholdtheguide
buttons(shownbyFigureB)atbothendsofthehead
restraintsimultaneously,andpulltheheadrestraintupward
toremoveit.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromahighpositionto
alowone,presstheleftguidebutton(shownbyFigureA),
andpresstheheadrestraintdownward;releasethebutton
afteritreachesthedesiredposition,andgentlypressthe
headrestraintdownwardtomakesurethatitislocked
inposition.T omovetheheadrestrainttothelowest
position,pressandholdtheguidebuttons(shownbyFigure
B)atbothendsoftheheadrestraintsimultaneously,and
presstheheadrestraintdownward.
