Thequantityoffuelinthetankisindicatedbythenumber
ofsegmentsilluminated(gure3).Thereare8segments
intotal.Whenonlyonesegmentremainsilluminated,the
lowfuelwarningindicator(gure5)belowthemessage
centreilluminates,withthemessageLowFuelappearing
inthemessagecentrevehicleinformationdisplay.Ifthe
fuelcontinuestofalltoacriticalstate,thelowfuellamp
(gure5)willashalongwiththe1stsegment.TheLow
Fuelmessagewillappearinthemessagecentrevehicle
informationdisplayandanaudiblewarningwillsound.
IMPORTANT
Ifthelowfuelwarninglampindicatorilluminates,
refuelattheearliestopportunity.
Iftheinstrumentpackdetectsanout-of-rangefuelsender
valuewhentheignitionisinpositionII,thebottom
fuelsegmentwillashalongwiththelowfuelwarning
lamp(gure5),themessageFuelSensorFailwill
appearinthemessagecentrevehicleinformationdisplay
accompaniedbyanaudiblewarning.
Anarrownexttothelowfuelwarninglamp(gure5)
indicatesthatthefuelllerislocatedonthelefthandside
ofthecar.

Indicatesthevehiclespeed(gure4)inMPHandkm/h.
