NEVERjackthecarusinganyjackingpoints
otherthanthejackingpoints.Serious

Avoidaccidentalcontactwithanyunderbody
parts,especiallyhotexhaustsystem
components.
Positionthejackonrmlevelgroundunderthejacking
pointnearestthewheeltoberemoved.Notethatthe
domedheadofthejackmusttintothecorresponding
recessinthesillplate(seeinsetinillustration).
T urningthejackscrewbyhand,adjustthejackuntilthejack
headtssnuglyontothesillinthecorrectarea.Ensurethat
thebaseofthejackisinfullcontactwiththelevelground.
