Keep children/animals away, use qualified personnel for repairs, and ensure safety guards are in place.
Avoid pressure during maintenance, do not tamper with safety valves, and operate in dry conditions.
Remove rubber cap and install aspiration filter for 17 and 30 Lt. pump versions.
Remove plastic tap and install aspiration filter for 50 Lt. pump versions.
Ensure the compressor is level, check power supply, and verify mains voltage matches the data label.
Check oil level using the sight glass before use; top up with MGF oil if necessary.
Never exceed the maximum oil level shown on the label to ensure correct compressor running.
Check connections, fuses, and overload switch; expel air if receiver is charged.
Check inlet air filter for blockages or if more air is required than the compressor can deliver.
Address faulty non-return valves and broken regulator diaphragms for proper operation.
