The Mibro Watch A1 serves as a comprehensive personal assistant on your wrist. Its core functions revolve around health and fitness tracking, smart connectivity, and convenient daily utilities.
For health monitoring, the watch continuously tracks your heart rate, providing real-time data and scientific chart analysis of your heart rate over the last seven days. It also incorporates blood oxygen detection, allowing you to measure your SpO2 levels anytime, anywhere, and view a scientific chart analysis of the last seven readings. Sleep quality is intelligently monitored, offering scientific analysis of sleep time and recording data for seven days, helping you understand and improve your sleep patterns. The watch also features a stress value monitor, tracking changes in your stress levels throughout the day and presenting them as an analysis icon.
Fitness tracking is a major highlight, with the Mibro Watch A1 recording daily exercise data including steps taken, distance covered, calories burned, activity time, and activity times. It supports a wide array of sports modes, categorized for both indoor and outdoor activities. These include three types of runs (Treadmill, Outdoor running, Walking), two types of cycling (Cycling, Outdoor Cycling), swimming (Swimming pool), two outdoor activities (Trekking, roller skating), seven indoor activities (Elliptical machine, Free training, Yoga, Sit-ups, push-ups, rope skipping, aerobics), and five ball sports (Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, Football, Table tennis). The Mett function records changes in your exercise intensity and effective value over a week, providing insights into your fitness progress. Additionally, the watch offers breath training, allowing you to set different frequencies and times for respiratory adjustment.
Beyond health and fitness, the Mibro Watch A1 provides smart connectivity features. When connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, it synchronizes data such as weather updates, notification messages, and sports health data. It allows for music control directly from your wrist, enabling you to play, pause, or skip tracks on your connected phone. The watch also includes a "Search your phone" function, helping you locate your phone if it's within Bluetooth range.
Daily utilities include a stopwatch and a quick timer for various timing needs. An alarm clock setting function ensures you stay on schedule. The "Do not disturb" mode offers both smart and timed options to silence all reminders, ensuring uninterrupted focus when needed.
The watch's display settings, system menu switching, vibration mode, key-down settings, language settings, power-saving mode, factory recovery, restart, and shutdown options are all accessible through the settings menu, allowing for extensive personalization.
The Mibro Watch A1 is designed for intuitive interaction. To turn the watch on or off, simply press and hold the home button for two seconds. A short press of the home button from the dial page will take you to the menu and back to the dial. When the screen is off, a brief press will light it up. From any other page, a short press returns you to the dial page. A dedicated shortcut key allows quick access to a user-defined shortcut function with a short press.
The full touch display supports various gestures for navigation. Swiping down from the dial interface brings up the control center. Swiping up reveals the information interface. Swiping left or right on the dial page allows access to intelligent components, with five system-preset components available. When a message is sent to the watch, its details will pop up, and you can return to the dial by swiping right or pressing the home button.
Dial customization is a key feature. A long press on the screen from the dial page displays dial selection options. You can choose from four preset dials, with the last option being a "Custom dial page" that can be configured through the "Mibro Fit" App.
Connecting the watch to your smartphone is straightforward. After turning on the watch and installing the "Mibro Fit" App (available on Android App Store/iOS App Store), you can pair the devices by scanning a QR code displayed on the watch using the App's scan function. Alternatively, you can use the App's connection management function to search for "XPAW005" and complete the pairing. It's crucial not to pair directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings. For iOS devices, a Bluetooth pairing request will appear, requiring you to click "Pairing" to enable notification and call/SMS reminders. Android users will be prompted to grant application permissions, which should be accepted to ensure a stable connection.
Proper charging is essential for the longevity of the Mibro Watch A1. The watch uses a magnetic charging cable. To charge, align the metal port surface of the cable with the charging contacts on the watch. The cable will automatically attach, and charging instructions will appear on the watch screen.
