Prepare string, remove headshell, loosen set screw, and remove wire from reel.
Remove spring case cap, link string to new wire, and withdraw spring-wire assembly.
Reattach spring pin, remount cap, remove string, and align tracking force reel and dial.
Remount headshell, balance tonearm, and set up scale with cartridge and weights.
Adjust tracking force knob for balance and align tracking force dial mark to reference.
