MICROLATCH™ REC-14 4-Channel RF CONTROLLER
1. Overview
This product is a general purpose UHF receiver operating on 434mhz. 4 Single Pole Double
Throw (SPDT) outputs are available to control external devices. The receiver is designed for
use with Microlatch™ Biometric products but can also be used with the Microlatch keyfobs.
This system uses code hopping technology for secure RF transmissions.

NOTES –
1. This configuration is applicable where
a door remains unlocked until the next
activation of the fingerprint reader or
keyfob.
2. Relay 1 MUST be programmed as
latching. ie: You must learn the BIO-13
reader to the REC-14 using a finger
unknown to the reader or by pressing
button "B" (2) on a keyfob.
3. Relay 2 will activate for 1 second on an
unknown finger.
4. A diode MUST be installed across ALL
electric locks except the Microlatch
LOC-10. Failure to fit the diode WILL
damage the REC-14. This will not be
covered by warranty.
