IMPORTANT NOTICES:
This reverse osmosis system contains replaceable treatment components critical for effective performance. It is the user's responsibility to, and
the manufacturer strongly recommends that the user, periodically test the product water to verify the system is performing satisfactorily. See the
test kit(s) for sampling instructions.
This system is acceptable for treatment of influent concentrations of no more than 27 mg/L nitrate and 3 mg/L nitrite in combination measured
as N and is certified for nitrate/nitrite reduction only for water supplies with a pressure of 280 kPa (40 psig) or greater.
This system conforms to NSF/ANSI Standard 58 for pentavalent arsenic reduction. See the Performance Data Sheet and Arsenic Facts section
for an explanation of reduction performance.
DO NOT USE WITH WATER THAT IS MICROBIOLOGICALLY UNSAFE OR OF UNKNOWN QUALITY, WITHOUT
ADEQUATE DISINFECTION BEFORE OR AFTER THE SYSTEM.
Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected
water that may contain filterable cysts.

      To address low pressure at the dispensing faucet of your Microline Water System: * Replace the Activated Carbon Post Filter, as it may be plugged. * Adjust the air precharge in the Holding Tank to 5–7 psig (35–48 kPa) range after emptying the water and opening the faucet. * Open the Holding Tank Valve if it's partially closed. * Repair or replace the Dispensing Faucet if it's faulty. * Allow the Holding Tank to refill if depleted due to heavy water use; consider adding a second Holding Tank to increase storage capacity. * Refer to the Low Quantity of Product Water section for additional troubleshooting.

      If you notice drain water overflowing at the Air Gap Faucet of your Microline Water System, it could be due to several reasons: * The Air Gap might be blocked. Clear the Air Gap. * The drain tubing could be clogged. Clear the tubing. * The Drain Clamp hole might be misaligned. Align it with the hole in the drain pipe. * The drain flow rate might be excessive. Replace the Drain Restrictor.

      If the amber light is on the optional water quality monitor of your Microline Water System, it could be due to: * The system not being used for an extended period. In this case, empty the storage tank, wait 15 minutes for the system to begin making water, and then test the water quality again. * Plugged filters or a fouled or exhausted membrane. Replace the filters and/or membrane.

      If your Microline Water System's product water has tastes and odors, consider the following: * Replace the Activated Carbon Post Filter if it's exhausted. * Clean, flush, and sanitize the system, and replace the filters if there is foreign matter in the Holding Tank. * Correct the plumbing if the Product Water and Drain Water lines are reversed. * Pretreat Feed Water to remove dissolved gasses if they are present. * Refer to the high TDS in the Product Water section if there is an increase in Product Water TDS.

      If the faucet of your Microline Water System leaks or drips, here's what you can do: * For leaks from the spout, adjust the faucet by turning the tee bar just below the handle to provide a small amount of free play in the handle when shut off. * If there are leaks from the base of the delivery tube, replace the O–ring. * If there are leaks from beneath the handle, repair or replace the faucet, as the O–rings are likely bad.

      To address high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the product water of your Microline Water System: * Replace the Sediment/Carbon Prefilter if it's clogged. * Ensure Feed Water Pressure is above 40 psig if water pressure is low. * Check the R.O. Membrane O–ring and brine seal. * If the R.O. Membrane is expended, identify and correct the underlying problem before replacing the Membrane. * Correct plumbing if the Product Water and Drain Water lines are reversed. * Clear or replace the Drain Restrictor if there's no drain flow due to clogging. * Clear or replace the Air Gap Faucet if there's no drain flow due to a plugged drain orifice. * Repair or replace the ASO Valve Components if the ASO Valve is not closing. * Flush with several full tanks of Product Water if a new Activ...

      If your Microline Water System produces a low quantity of product water, several factors could be responsible: 1. The Feed Water Saddle Valve might be plugged or closed. Try opening or unclogging it. 2. Sediment/Carbon Prefilter or Activated Carbon Post Filter might be clogged. Replace the filters. 3. Water pressure might be low. Ensure feed water pressure is above 40 psig. 4. The R.O. Membrane might be fouled. Refer to Feed Water operating limits and replace the Membrane after correcting the cause of fouling. 5. Air precharge pressure in the Holding Tank might be too high. Empty the water, open the faucet, and adjust air pressure to 5–7 psig (35–48 kPa). 6.
