Function Description:
The Midea Air Cooler functions primarily as an air cooler and humidifier. It uses a honeycomb filter and can incorporate an ice box for enhanced cooling. It also features a timer function, allowing users to set the fan to shut down or start up within a 1-7 hour range. - Installation:

- Ice Box: An ice box can be inserted into the water tank before installing the honeycomb filter to enhance cooling.
- Water Tank Management:
- The water level in the tank must always remain between the "MAX" and "MIN" indications, especially during humidification.
- When filling the water tank, ensure the stopper and spring are properly positioned.
- After filling, avoid tilting or colliding with the unit. Move it slowly from the side to prevent water overflow.
- In summer, regular water changes are recommended to prevent deterioration and odor. In winter, warm water is suggested for humidification if the indoor temperature is below zero.
- Operation:
- Control Panel: The unit has a control panel with buttons for various functions: SPEED (3 air flow speeds), STYLE (Natural and Sleep Functions), PRO./TIMER (1-7 hour timer for shutdown or startup), OSC. (oscillation), and ON/OFF.
- EVA./COOLER Key: When pressed, a constant light indicates normal operation, while a flashing light signals a water shortage.
- Remote Control: Allows for convenient operation from a distance.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not operate with wet hands.
- Immediately stop using a damaged power cord and have it repaired by a professional.
- Always switch off the unit before cleaning, maintenance, or movement.
- Unplug the power cord if the unit is not in use for a long time.
- Do not insert foreign matter into the air inlet and outlet due to the high-speed wind rotor.
- Avoid using the unit in environments with flammable/explosive gases or direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Place the unit on a flat, even surface to prevent falling.
- This machine is for indoor use only.
- Do not remove the honeycomb filter frame while the machine is working.
- Prohibit overturning the unit. If it topples with water, unplug immediately and take it for repair.
- Do not place items on the unit or cover the outlet.
- Keep the unit away from walls, curtains, and other objects that might block airflow.
- Avoid knocking or shocking the unit forcibly, as it may lead to automatic shutdown.
- Do not place the unit directly below a power outlet or use it near tubs, sprinklers, or swimming pools.
- Product repair must be carried out by a designated agency.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person.
- Do not immerse the unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid to protect against electrical shock.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person. Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance when not in use, before cleaning, during filling, and before any other maintenance.
- Keep electrical appliances out of reach of children or infirm persons.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning the Unit Appearance: Use a damp cloth (with a little cleaning agent) to wipe the unit. Never use corrosive cleaning agents or solvents, and never rinse the unit with water. A soft cloth moistened with mild soap, followed by a dry cloth, is recommended.
- Cleaning Components: For cleaning, remove components like the water tank and honeycomb filter. Clean them with water and a soft brush. Allow them to air-dry before re-assembling.
- General Maintenance:
- Ensure the power supply is disconnected before cleaning.
- Never clean the product with any abrasive tool or solvent.
- Do not dismantle the product or attempt to modify it. Regular check and cleaning are recommended to prolong its lifespan.
- Prior to cleaning or other maintenance, the appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains.
Troubleshooting:
If the product does not operate normally after installation, check the following:
- Power cable connection: Ensure it is plugged in and has proper contact.
- Honeycomb filter assembly: Verify it is properly installed.
- Power Switch: Check if the power switch on the back or in the display panel is switched on.
