Why does my Midea MJ-JS20A1 suddenly stop?
    • G
      Gina HarrisAug 12, 2025
Your Midea Juicer might stop suddenly due to several reasons: The power plug may not be properly inserted, so ensure it is correctly plugged into the socket. If you're feeding too many materials at once, switch to 'Reverse Rotation' for 4-5 seconds, then back to 'Forward Rotation' (repeat about three times); if it still doesn't work, clean the juicer. Hard fruits or vegetables were not cut into pieces. The safety switch may be loose, so reinstall the hopper properly. The overcurrent protector may have tripped off, in which case you should check the protector.

What to do if my Midea MJ-JS20A1 Juicer has abnormal noise?
    • M
      Matthew TurnerAug 19, 2025
If your Midea Juicer is making abnormal noises, first stop the machine and check if all accessories are properly installed. Ensure the machine is placed on a horizontal surface. If the noise sounds like squeezing, it's likely just the sound of the machine processing the fruits or vegetables.

Why is the juice from my Midea Juicer small or leaking from the base?

      crodriguezAug 27, 2025
If you're getting less juice than expected from your Midea Juicer, or if juice is leaking, it could be because you're using less juicy materials that were preserved in the refrigerator. Try soaking the materials in clean water to fully absorb water before juicing. Also, check the rubber gasket at the bottom of the juicing bowl to ensure it's properly installed.

    • R
      Renee CalderonSep 3, 2025
If the containers and accessories of your Midea Juicer are stained after use, especially from colorful materials like carrots or spinach, clean them immediately after use to prevent pomace from adhering. For stains, wipe the surfaces with edible oil, then clean with detergent.
