Why is food in my Midea MU138SWAR1RC1 not cold?

If your Midea Freezer isn't cooling food adequately, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the door is closing correctly and that the door gasket is clean. A poor seal lets warm air in. Also, confirm that the temperature control is appropriately set to a colder setting. Newly added food can temporarily affect the temperature, so allow time for cooling. Check that the freezer isn't touching a wall and is in a dry location. Hot, humid weather can also impact performance, which is normal. Lastly, make sure food packages aren't blocking the door.
