Procedure Table Lift Device

Step 2:
A) Press Base Up on hand control
to raise table height.
B) Insert legs into spline receptacles.
Step 3: Press Base Down on hand control
to lift the table base to desired height.
Caution
Ensure Lift Device is secure before
lifting table. Do not use if table is
damaged or table lift is damaged.
Step 1:
A) Press Tilt Up on hand control.
B) Place Procedure Table Lift Device
behind the tilt actuator shaft.
C) Press Tilt Down on hand control.
Step 1:
A) Press Tilt Up on hand control.
B) Place Procedure Table Lift Device
behind the tilt actuator shaft.
C) Press Tilt Down on hand control.
Step 2:
A) Press Base Up on hand control
to raise table height.
B) Insert legs into spline receptacles.
Step 3: Press Base Down on hand control
to lift the table base to desired height.
