Chapter 5: Info MenuGR8
The Info Menu has six utilities to print and view your
test data and track tester usage and history.
When using the ARROW keys to select option buttons, press
NEXT to continue to the next step. When using the keypad,
no additional keypress is needed. Use
BACK to return to the
Main Menu at the start of the test and or the previous screen
during the test.
If PRINT is available, align the Control Module IR transmitter
with the printer’s receiver, and select PRINT. To return to the
Main Menu, press
EXIT
.
If you have trouble printing, select HELP, which becomes
visible when the printing progress bar appears on the display.
Print/View
Use PRINT/VIEW to view and print the results of a bat-
tery test before they are overwritten by a new test.
The printed results share the same format as the onscreen
results. In addition, information related to the test option used
will appear on the printed results.
Totals
Totals tracks the number of battery tests in four cat-
egories: the Lifetime, User Totals, Last 100 Log, and
Totals By Decision.
1. LIFETIME
Total tests since the charger was rst used.
2. USER TOTALS
Total tests by User ID (and by UNREG user) since the rst
time a registered user logged in and the last time they
were cleared by ADMIN.
3. LAST 100 LOG
Last 100 tests performed by User ID (and by UNREG
user); includes the date and the battery decision (GOOD,
REPLACE, etc.).
4. TOTALS BY DECISION
Totals by battery decision since the last time they were
cleared by ADMIN.
Transfer
TRANSFER will be a future optional accessory that
consists of an IR software and hardware package that
will enable you to transfer test data to a PC.
Version
VERSION displays the GR8 software version, the date
the software was released, and the serial number of
the charger. The utility also allows you to print the in-
formation.
