When removing the filter for cleaning,
also clean off any residues of oil or fat
from the now accessible housing to
prevent the risk of these catching fire.

Replace the grease filter.
^ Replace the vapour plates.
First, slide the side vapour plates in
at the top, push sideways into place,
and click into place at the bottom.

Fit the middle vapour plate into the
slots at the top (1), then click into
place at the bottom (2).
^
After replacing the grease filter,
press the grease filter control for
approximately 3 seconds to reset the
operating hours counter.
The indicator lamp will go out.

If the vapour plates and grease filter
are cleaned before the operating
hours counter has reached its
maximum, the grease filter touch
control should be pressed for
approximately 6 seconds to reset the
counter to zero.
