Changing a fluorescent tube

Before any cleaning or maintenance
work, disconnect the cooker hood
from the mains supply.
To avoid damaging the glass cover
or the hob below, make sure you
hold the glass cover securely at all
times when handling it.

Push the glass cover back slightly,
then angle it down at the front to
remove. Use a lever to help you if
required.

Twist the fluorescent tube approx.
180° and remove it.
^
Replace it with a new fluorescent
tube of the same specification (14 W,
colour 830).
^ To fit it, follow the instructions for
removal in reverse.
