Warning!
Before starting work, ensure that the wall is strong enough to support the load. The tank weight is approx. 200 kg.
Note
Use the holder frame as a template.
– Take the required measurements from the appropriate installation plan.
– Drill 10 mm dia. holes.

Warning!
Pay attention to different height measurements!
Note
The hardware supplied can be used for concrete ≥ B 15 and undrilled wall tiles ≥ MZ 15.
For other types of wall, suitable hardware must be provided on site.
– Screw two M 6 x 16 bolts into the top mounting nuts.
– Hang the tank in the top mounting holes.
– Screw in the remaining bolts (6 x) and tighten them.
– Secure the hoses on the container lid with 32 - 50 mm dia. hose clips; see Fig. 19.
– Insert the hose connectors (Fig. 19, Pos. 1) into the angled hoses and secure with 32 - 50 mm dia. hose clips.

Warning!
Pay attention to the positioning of the vent hose!
– Secure the connection hose to the drain valve on the tank with a 40 - 60 mm dia. hose clip.
– Secure the angled drain hose to the drain valve with 40 - 60 mm dia. hose clip.
Filter assembly:
– Connection to machine, see (Fig. 20, Pos. 1).

Note
The pipe (Fig. 20, Pos. 4) is not required with installation behind the machine.
For installation with WS 5240/5320 the pipe (Fig. 20, Pos. 4) must be installed between the elbow (Fig. 20, Pos. 2) and the bushing
(Fig. 20, Pos. 3).
– Tank overflow connection, see Fig. 20, Pos. 5.
– Connection to the on-site drainage system (DN 70), see Fig. 20, Pos. 6.
– Connection from the immersion pump to the tank, see Fig. 20, Pos. 7.
