Water recycling connection for PW 610x, PW 613x, PW 616x, PW 620x:
– Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
– Remove the machine lid.
– Remove the rear panel.
– Remove the mixer box cover plate on the rear of the machine; see Fig. 1.
– Loosen the hose clip on the drain hose. Disconnect the drain hose; see Fig. 2.
– Drill a 28mm (1.1”) diameter hole for the water recycling connection; see Fig. 4.

Warning!
Carefully collect and remove all swarf produced by drilling through the mixer box drain hole; see Fig. 2.
– Connect the water supply hose with hose clip onto the drilled-out connection stub. Tighten the hose clip; see Fig. 6.
– Re-install the mixer box cover and secure the supply hose feed-through flange; see Fig. 7.
– Re-install the drain hose on the mixer box and tighten the hose clip.
Water recycling connection for PW 6241, PW 6321:
– Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
– Remove the machine lid.
– Remove the rear panel.
– Remove the mixer box cover plate on the rear of the machine.
– Pre-assemble the connection hose from the suds container to the connection panel as appropriate. See Fig. 8.

Note
For the PW 6321 the hose must be shortened so that X1 = 80 mm as shown.
– The hose to the connection panel, Fig. 8, must be shortened so that X2 = 28.5 mm.
– Remove the blanking stopper from the suds container.
– In order to secure the holder (Fig. 8, Pos.1) drill a 6 mm dia. hole in the rear flange of the suds container at a distance of x = 110 mm
from the seam as shown in Fig. 9.
– Lay the connection hose in the machine; see Fig. 10
– Install the angled connector and holder on the suds container; see Fig. 11.
– Pass the cover plate through the opening in the connection panel and install it.
– Use a cable tie to secure the connection hose to the water intake hose; see Fig. 12.
Water recycling connection for WS 5101, WS 5141, WS 5191, WS 5240, WS 5320:
– Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
– Remove the machine lid.
– Remove the rear panel.
– Remove the mixer box cover from the rear panel.

– Cut the connection hose between the suds container and connection panel to size depending on the machine model (see Fig. 14
and Table 1).
– Remove the seal with the metal washer from the suds container. Reuse the seal.
– Fasten the seal and connection hose into the suds container and secure with the M 5 x 12 bolt, washer and M 5 self-locking nut.

– Screw the connection hose stub to the connection panel. See Fig. 15, Pos. 2.
– WS 5101/5141: Shorten the imbalance sensor antenna by 45 mm.
