Yellow flame and black smoke from your Migali Fryer can occur due to several reasons: using the wrong type of gas, a mismatch between the nozzle aperture and gas resources, insufficient air for ignition, or heavy gas sources during peak usage. To resolve this, try changing the gas, adjusting the nozzle diameter, increasing the damper opening degree, or reducing the valve flow during peak hours and increasing it afterward.
