    Why is my Mikasa Vibratory rammer & tamper difficult to start?

      There are several reasons why your Mikasa vibratory rammer & tamper might be difficult to start. It could be due to inadequate fuel in use, water or dust in the fuel, a stuck piston ring, insufficient tightening of the ignition plug, the fuel cock not being properly opened, or the tank cap air breather being clogged. Other potential causes include the fuel not being available at the carburetor, insufficient compression, the ignition plug being bridged, a short circuit due to defective insulation or at the Stop Button Switch, or the muffler being clogged with carbon deposit.
