Bracket•type flash units (such as Minolta's
Auto E lectroflash 450) are physically attached
to your SR·T by means of its tripod socket and
usually connected electrically by means of a
sync. cord with a PC terminal.
Clip-on•type units (such as Minolta's Auto
Electroflash 22) are physically attached by
sliding them into the accessory shoe on top of

the camera; whether and how they must be
electrically connected depends upon the flash
unit type and SR-T camera model:
With the SR-T 200, the sync. cord from the
flash unit must be plugged into either the
terminal designated "X" or "FP" as appropriate
for proper sync. connection. Units without
cords cannot be synchronized.
