Switching
the
power
"OFF"
cuts
off
all
flash
circuits
and normal
electronic
operation
is
returned
to the
XG-7.
The
camera
may
now
be
used
in auto
or
manual
mode
even with
the
flash
attached.
Remote
Cord S
and L
These
cords
are
designed for
operating the
XG-7
f rom
a distance.
Each
screws
into the
shutter release
socket
on
the side of the
lens
mount.
The Cord
S
is 50cm
(about
20 in.)
long,
whif e
the
Cord L
is 5m

tt.).
fnese
cords
facilitate
shots
mounted
on a tripod
or
remote
wildlife
pictures.
In combination
with the Auto
Winder
G,
the Cord L can
be
used
to
make
single or continuous
sequenee exposures
at the
subject
position,
from
a
remote
location,
