User tips
To clean the rollers and before each use, pass a piece of pasta dough
through the accessory several times then discard it.
The adjustment wheel makes it possible to obtain a thin pasta dough.
Position0 corresponds to the minimum gap and position8 to the
maximum gap. To adjust the gap: pull the adjustment wheel, turn it to
the desired position and release it (it locks).
To flatten your pasta dough, we advise you to follow these steps:
1. Set the accessory to the maximum gap;
2. Cut the pasta dough into 3 or 4 pieces;
3. Flatten the pasta dough between your hands;
4. Pass it between the flattening rollers;
5. Then reduce the gap. Pass the pasta dough through it again;
6. Keep doing this until the desired pasta thickness is reached.
Remember to flour the pasta dough well before passing it through the
cutters to avoid the tagliatelle sticking together when cut.
Cleaning

Handle the accessory with care.
To facilitate cleaning, rinse the accessory quickly after use.
Wash the pasta rolling mill accessory with a soft sponge and hot water
with dishwashing liquid, rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly.
