Installation/use
Install the pasta rolling mill as shown in the diagram below:
1. Place the stand mixer on a flat and stable surface.
2. Insert the pasta rolling mill accessory (1) into the mounting pin (2) of
the stand mixer (tilt it slightly) then turn the accessory a quarter of a
turn, until the accessory lock “clicks”.
3. Make sure to match the notches on the end fitting with the notches
on the mounting pin. Make sure that the accessory is securely fixed
in place.
4. NOTE: to remove the accessory from the stand mixer, press the
release button (3) .
