Intermediate Honeycomb Climber Frame
Application:
For use as an exit or entry point to decks.
Designed for Hand – Eye Coordination
Available in 0.9m, 1.2m & 1.5m Height.
Maintenance
All fasteners should be regularly
checked and retightened, if necessary,
1 week after installation.
Ongoing maintenance intervals will vary
according to the amount of use the
equipment receives.
Recommend inspection intervals every 3
months.
Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the Intermediate
H
oneycomb Climber.
2. Drll out pilot holes on deck to 12mm
3. Secure the Climber to the faces of the Decks with 25mm
Torx Bolts with two Flat Washers and Nyloc Nuts.
4. Lift the Handrails into position and fasten to face using Torx
Bolts with a Flat Washer under the head of the bolt.
5. Ensure all Bolts are fully tightened.
In-ground Upright depth may vary
depending on Softfall
- Sand/Mulch/Grass–700mm (Pictured)
- Rubber – 500mm
+ 300mm Added to Upright depth if
component is Freestanding
+ Use ID tag as reference.
